Cancellation & Refund Policy Framework

When you can cancel or change an order, how refunds work, and how our subscription services renew.

At Swyft Launch, we enforce a structured, transparent, and legally binding financial operating system. Because government registry queues and federal filings operate on non-reversible state software systems, all interactions with our payment gateway are governed strictly by the parameters outlined below.

Zero Surcharge Reversals After State Transmission

The exact moment your business formation details, annual reports, reinstatement tasks, or closure documents are securely transmitted into the official Secretary of State processing queue, all associated state government fees, statutory filings fees, and Swyft Launch service fees become 100% permanently non-refundable. Sovereign state registries operate as non-reversible financial networks and do not issue refunds, credits, or processing reversals for active submissions under any circumstances.

Pre-Audit Cancellation Window & Base Fees

You may request a comprehensive cancellation and refund of your Swyft Launch service preparation fee strictly while your order sits at Milestone 1 (Internal Documentation Audit). Once our compliance managers manually open, review, and format your business files for state transmission, a flat $35.00 administrative handling surcharge will be deducted from your final refund balance to cover baseline review labor and technical infrastructure costs.

Non-Automated Annual Agent Renewal Shield

Swyft Launch operates strictly on a non-automated manual billing architecture and will never store or auto-charge your payment methods for annual cycles. For ongoing products – specifically your Certified Registered Agent Service – our processing desk will transmit manual invoice links sixty (60), thirty (30), and ten (10) days prior to your expiration anniversary. If a renewal payment is not manually executed by the user before the deadline, Swyft Launch will immediately terminate its infrastructure funding for that entity, clear its commercial records, and formally route an official resignation as your registered agent to the state registry.

Fraudulent Chargeback Isolation Protocol

Initiating an unauthorized or fraudulent chargeback dispute through your credit card issuing bank strictly violates this agreement. In the event of a chargeback attempt for a completed state filing, Swyft Launch reserves the right to immediately suspend your active user dashboard, flag your business profile for non-compliance, and submit full legal state-stamped filing metadata to the merchant clearing bank to aggressively recover all transactional processing balances.

Third-Party Partner Network Isolations

Secondary business infrastructure services initiated through our verified referral commercial partners – including your independent Virtual Business Address monthly configurations – are billed and managed directly outside the Swyft Launch gateway. Swyft Launch holds zero financial liability for partner billing cycles, and all cancellations for those active locations must be executed independently through your dedicated partner portal.
