The terms that govern your use of our website and our business formation and compliance services.
Last updated: October 13, 2026
Swyft Launch operates strictly as a technology-assisted document preparation platform and a professional corporate filing provider. Swyft Launch is NOT a law firm, does not employ attorneys as customer liaisons, and does not provide legal, financial, accounting, or tax advice under any circumstances. All instructional descriptions, state fee registries, comparison matrices, and knowledge base logs published on this website are provided strictly for general educational purposes. No information transmitted via our secure business chat or email communication establishes an attorney-client relationship or privilege. For structured legal or tax assessments, you are strictly required to consult an independent certified professional.
The Client retains absolute, sole legal responsibility for the accuracy, legality, spelling, and completeness of all names, registry configurations, and tracking inventories provided to our intake desks. Swyft Launch executes no independent background investigations regarding your entity name availability or trademark infringements. Swyft Launch holds zero liability for administrative state rejections, processing delays, or systemic government treasury backlogs caused by incorrect customer inputs, missed regional processing schedules, or sovereign server down-times.
Aligned with our foundational company architecture of Absolute Pricing Integrity, Swyft Launch strictly executes single, flat, one-time document preparation fees per transaction, with zero automated monthly credit card subscription traps. Secondary operational extensions – specifically our Virtual Business Address setup – are engineered as zero-fee setup referral links where recurring monthly bills are handled independently directly through our third-party network partner after checkout. Swyft Launch holds 0% structural liability for partner billing networks, account freezes, or regional address configuration updates.
Swyft Launch strictly refuses to store, vault, or auto-charge your payment credentials for recurring annual cycles. For ongoing maintenance products – specifically our Certified Registered Agent Service – our billing managers will transmit manual invoice payment links sixty (60), thirty (30), and ten (10) days prior to your statutory expiration anniversary. If a manual renewal balance is not executed by the Client before the calendar deadline, Swyft Launch will immediately terminate its commercial funding for that location and file an official resignation as your registered agent with the respective state registry, transferring 100% of all ongoing compliance delinquencies entirely back to the founders.
To secure maximum asset privacy, all highly sensitive identification metrics required for IRS or state portal validations are isolated on a bank-grade 256-bit encrypted secure server array during active filing. To eliminate corporate cross-selling exposures, Swyft Launch enforces a strict security loop that permanently and irreversibly deletes your sensitive personal information from our digital databases the exact moment your official state files or EIN letters are approved by government desks.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable state statutes, the maximum aggregate financial liability of Swyft Launch LLC, its operational managers, directors, and agents for any claims, disputes, damages, or breaches arising directly or indirectly from this contract shall be strictly capped at the exact amount of the service fee paid by the Client to Swyft Launch during that specific calendar transaction, excluding all state government treasury fees. Under no circumstances shall Swyft Launch be liable for consequential, incidental, indirect, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to lost corporate profits, frozen business checking accounts, or automated payment gateway suspensions.
Initiating an unauthorized, improper, or fraudulent credit card chargeback dispute through your financial institution strictly invalidates this agreement and constitutes an immediate material breach. If a chargeback is executed for a legally completed document service or a processed state filing, the Client explicitly agrees to pay Swyft Launch a flat $500.00 administrative collection recovery fee. Swyft Launch reserves the right to immediately freeze your active order tracking, restrict access to deliverables, and submit certified government-stamped registry metadata to the merchant clearing bank to aggressively protect our processing ecosystem.
This agreement, its structural parameters, and all commercial interactions shall be governed strictly by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law metrics. Any dispute, controversy, or legal claim arising out of or relating to this contract, including its formation or breach, shall be settled exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The seat of arbitration shall strictly be Atlanta, Georgia, and the arbitration proceedings shall be conducted entirely in English. You explicitly waive the right to participate in class actions, representative litigations, or consolidated jury trials against Swyft Launch LLC.
